Any person or group, up to 24 persons, may reserve the mostly ADA accessible Clausen Cabin for an event, as long as it is not for entrepreneurial or commercial purposes, for the solicitation of business, or for profit or fundraising other than fundraising that supports the Library. All reservations are free of charge, but a library member in good standing must be in attendance during the event/meeting (library membership is $10/year, and can be paid once approval for your event has been granted).
Events must be open to the public, and no admission can be charged. Refreshments may be served, however no smoking is allowed inside the Cabin. Please note – the Cabin is dry – there is only a limited amount of water available and only an outhouse, which is not ADA accessible.
We do not discriminate on the basis of political or religious beliefs, nor gender or sexual identity of applicant groups, nor on any other constitutionally or statutorily-prohibited factor.
