The annual meeting, held on a Sunday in October, gives library members the chance to meet each other in person, as well as to hear the accomplishments of the preceding year, elect new board members, and discuss ideas for the next year. The JTEL is run by its membership: this is also the time to discuss next year’s priorities, bring bylaw amendments to the floor, and acknowledge the accomplishments of our many volunteers.
