Kids Art Programs

Willow Studios Arts and JTEL are combining for kids and the young at heart art programs on Mondays from 3:30 – 5:30. This week we’ll work on collage decoupage while making keepsake boxes! We will be decorating a keepsake box with an old shoe box. We will use scrapbooking paper and other decorative designs to make your keepsake box. Materials: Scrapbooking paper, tissue paper, glue, paint, and any other textured elements. Art Fee $8
