Kids Art Programs

Willow Studios Arts and JTEL are combining for kids and the young at heart art programs on Mondays from 3:30 – 5:30. This week is Scratch Art!
We will pick from multiple designs and we go over the technique on how to create your own scratch art painting. It’s fun and exciting to see how it comes out. It can be a little messy because we will be using a lot of black oil pastel for this project. Materials: Oil Pastels, toothpicks, drawing paper, Designs
